Lets just say that every year my Christmas stocking is lookin' pretty limp there on the fireplace.

I always put thought and creativity into everyone's gifts.
Heck, even the pets get birthday and Christmas presents!
My husband gets a card from the dog and one from the cats on Fathers Day
(complete with paw print signatures :)
Not to mention the pets always have time to run and get cards
for his birthday AND Christmas too.
*Sigh*
Its pretty exhausting thinking of everyone, aint it?!

Haha! I just had the same talk with my friend that was saying she was always left out on the holidays. I USED to be the same way......but have learned that if i buy myself exactly what i want....put it in my stocking or basket....and then act shocked when i open it! Haha. My husband gets a smirk on his face and my kids always think that i must have been super good to recieve such goodies. Win!

I have a different take on this. My middle daughter, who is 24, said to me the other day what she wanted in her Easter basket if the Easter bunny was out shopping...What? Serioulsy, your 24! It is my turn for You to give me an Easter basket. So I am hearing you at a much older age...I still don't get an Easter basket but they still expect one.

Okay! Honey! Your Easter basket needs to be the size of a hot air balloon basket for all the treasures you want in it! ha ha! I still make Easter baskets for my collage kids. I hide them too! Every year they say "Mom! Seriously??"
